具体的な治療例
グルタチオン注射を週に1-2回程度継続します。治療薬の頻度・治療期間などについては個人差があるため既往歴や症状などをふまえて決めます。

グルタチオンの副作用として過去に報告されたものは、食欲不振、悪心・嘔吐、発疹等が主なものですが、頻度は1%以下です。Reported side effects of glutathione include loss of appetite, nausea/vomiting, and rash, but the frequency is less than 1%.
二日酔いは、アルコールの分解酵素であるアセトアルデヒドが代謝能力の限界に達した際に現れる症状です。

強ミノとは、強力ネオミノファーゲンCと呼ばれるグリチルリチンを主成分とする肝機能改善薬です。このお薬を注射することで、肝臓の解毒作用を助けて、アルコールの代謝を促します。さらに、胃腸の調子を整えて吐き気を抑えたり、疲労の回復を促したりする効果があります。
Kyomino (Kyoryoku Neo Minophagen C) is a liver-function improvement drug containing glycyrrhizin as the main component. When injected, it helps the liver's detox function and promotes alcohol metabolism. It also helps settle the stomach, suppress nausea, and promote recovery from fatigue.
つまり、お酒を飲む前に注射をすることでアルコールによる肝臓へのダメージを減らすことができますし、飲み過ぎた次の日、胃のむかつきや吐き気などの二日酔いの症状を改善させることができます。強ミノは、じんましんの治療にも使われるお薬で、アレルギーを抑える効果もありますので体質改善にも効果が期待できます。
Injecting before drinking can reduce alcohol-related liver damage. The day after drinking, it can relieve hangover symptoms such as nausea and stomach discomfort. Kyomino also has anti-allergic properties, so it may help with constitutional improvement.

もともとは、血管を拡張させて血圧を低下させるために用いられた治療薬です。その副作用に発毛効果を認めるためにAGAの治療に転用されました。血管の拡張により血流が良くなり、毛乳頭細胞や毛母細胞に刺激を与えることから、発毛が期待されるといわれています。ミノキシジル内服薬は国内未承認医薬品ではありますが、高い発毛効果が期待できるため用いられております。Originally developed as a blood pressure medication by expanding blood vessels. Its side effect of promoting hair growth led to its use in AGA treatment. By improving blood flow to stimulate hair papilla and hair matrix cells, it is expected to promote hair growth. 薄毛や抜け毛の原因一つ、男性ホルモンのDHTを生成する2型5αリダクターゼの活動を、主成分フィナステリドが抑制。脱毛を防止し、発毛させる効果があります。The active ingredient finasteride inhibits type II 5α-reductase, which generates DHT (a male hormone contributing to hair loss), preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth.
プロペシアが2型5αリダクターゼの生成を抑制するのに対し、デュタステリドは1型2型両方の5αリダクターゼを抑制。プロペシアより大きな脱毛防止・発毛効果が期待されています。While finasteride inhibits type II 5α-reductase, dutasteride inhibits both type I and II, offering potentially greater efficacy in preventing hair loss and promoting growth.

ミノキシジルは、AGA治療目的での処方は国内で承認されていません。国内ではAGA治療薬として承認されている同成分の内服薬はありません。
アメリカ食品医薬品局（FDA）で高血圧治療薬として承認されていますが、諸外国でもAGA治療薬を目的とした使用は承認されていないため重大なリスクが明らかになってない可能性があります。
安全性等に関わる情報としては、血圧低下や心拍数の増加、頭痛やめまい、体重増加、手足のむくみといった症状が記載されています。
日本国内未承認医薬品・医療機器等は厚生局の正式なプロセスを経て、当院医師の判断の下、輸入をしたものになります。
輸入された医薬品の入手経路は、タイ国T.O.Chemicals(1979)Ltd.で製造されたものであり、代理店である株式会社ドクターズファーマシーを通じて輸入を行っております。
また、個人輸入サイト等を通して一般の方が医薬品を購入して使用するリスク・健康被害に関しては、厚生労働省から注意喚起が出されております。万が一重篤な副作用が出た場合は、国の医薬品副作用被害救済制度の対象外となります。Minoxidil is not approved in Japan for AGA treatment. Internationally, no oral AGA drug of this compound is approved. Though approved by the FDA as a hypertension drug, its use as AGA treatment is not approved in many countries. EDとは、勃起機能の低下した状態のことをいいます。これは、勃起しなくて困る、という症状だけではなく、「勃起に時間がかかる」「途中で萎える」「満足のいく性行為ができない」という状態にも当てはまります。
ED refers to a state of reduced erectile function — not just inability to achieve erection, but also difficulty achieving erection, losing it during intercourse, or inability to engage in satisfactory sexual activity.
EDには、加齢や病気によるもの（基質性ED）、ストレスなど精神的な影響によるもの（心因性ED）に大きく分かれ、これらのどちらも混ざっていること（混合性ED）もあります。国内には、軽症も含めると1800万人のED患者がいるといわれ、若年層の患者数も増加しており、決して珍しい病気ではありません。当院では、効果的とされる内服薬を3種類採用しております。

マンジャロは使い切りの皮下注射製剤ですので、針の交換の手間がないメリットもあります。高い効果が期待されるため、当院ではマンジャロはBMI23以上の方のみに処方させて頂きます。
初回注射は看護師が注射方法についてパンフレットを用いて説明しながら行いますので、安心して始めることができます。
＊ダイエット薬の初回処方時は血液検査を推奨します。健康診断結果がある方はご持参頂けますと血液検査を省略できます。オンラインでも対応可能ですので、ご相談ください。Mounjaro is a single-use pre-filled injection, so there is no need to change needles. Due to its high expected efficacy, we prescribe Mounjaro only to patients with a BMI of 23 or above.
The first injection is administered by a nurse with pamphlet-guided instructions, so you can start with confidence.
* A blood test is recommended at the time of first prescription. If you have recent health check results, please bring them — this may allow us to skip the blood test. Telemedicine consultations are also available.

治療期間は、少なくとも3か月～半年間以上継続することをお勧めしますが、治療薬の用量調整、治療期間の設定などについては、個人差があるため既往歴や症状、経過などをふまえて決めます。We recommend continuing treatment for at least 3 to 6 months. Dosage adjustments and treatment duration vary by individual and are determined based on medical history, symptoms, and progress.
いずれの薬も副作用は存在します。All medications carry potential side effects.
医学的に減量が推奨されない場合や、健診結果・血液検査などで不適当な場合は、処方できないことがあります。

アップニークミニ点眼液0.1％（一般名：オキシメタゾリン塩酸塩点眼液）は、2026年5月に発売された、後天性の眼瞼下垂（がんけんかすい／まぶたの下がり）を改善するための点眼薬です。これまで眼瞼下垂の治療は手術しか選択肢がありませんでしたが、この点眼薬の登場により「切らずに、その日から始められる」治療という新しい選択肢が加わりました。Upneeq Mini Ophthalmic Solution 0.1% (generic name: oxymetazoline hydrochloride ophthalmic solution) was released in May 2026 to improve acquired blepharoptosis (drooping of the upper eyelid). Until now, surgery was the only option; this eye drop adds a new choice that requires no incision and can be started the same day.
点眼を開始して15分程度でまぶたが上がり始め、その効果は8時間以上持続します。1日1回、朝の点眼で日中を快適に過ごしていただける治療です。当院では、医師が診察のうえで治療の適応を判断し、処方をおこなっております。The eyelid begins to lift about 15 minutes after instillation, and the effect lasts for more than 8 hours. 眼瞼下垂とは、上まぶたが下がって目が開きにくくなる状態をいいます。主な原因は、加齢により上まぶたを持ち上げる筋肉（上眼瞼挙筋やミュラー筋）のはたらきが弱くなることや、ハードコンタクトレンズの長期装用などです。上まぶたが下がると、上方が見えにくい、目が疲れやすい、無意識におでこや眉に力が入り頭痛や肩こりを引き起こす、眠そう・疲れた印象に見える、といった症状があらわれます。Blepharoptosis is a condition in which the upper eyelid droops, making the eyes difficult to open. Common causes include age-related weakening of the muscles that lift the eyelid (the levator palpebrae superioris and Müller's muscle) and long-term hard contact lens wear. Symptoms include difficulty seeing upward, eye fatigue, headache and shoulder stiffness from unconsciously straining the forehead and brows, and a sleepy or tired appearance.
まぶたを持ち上げる筋肉には、自分の意思で動かす「上眼瞼挙筋」と、意思では動かせない不随意筋である「ミュラー筋」があります。アップニークミニ点眼液の有効成分であるオキシメタゾリンは、このミュラー筋のα1アドレナリン受容体に作用します。ミュラー筋が収縮することで上まぶたが引き上げられ、目の開きが改善します。Two muscles lift the eyelid: the levator palpebrae superioris, which moves voluntarily, and Müller's muscle, which is involuntary. Oxymetazoline, the active ingredient of Upneeq, acts on the α1-adrenergic receptors of Müller's muscle. Contraction of this muscle lifts the upper eyelid and improves the eye opening.

後天性眼瞼下垂と診断された成人の方が対象です。

・本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある方 ・先天性眼瞼下垂の方（手術による治療が優先されます） ・重症筋無力症、動眼神経麻痺、ホルネル症候群など、他の疾患により眼瞼下垂を生じている方（もとの疾患の治療を優先します） ・まぶたに腫れや赤みなどの炎症所見がある方（症状が治まってからの使用となります）
【医師の判断が必要な方】
・閉塞隅角緑内障・狭隅角がある方 ・心血管疾患（高血圧、狭心症、不整脈など）や脳血管障害のある方 ・甲状腺機能亢進症、糖尿病のある方 ・MAO阻害薬、三環系抗うつ薬、降圧薬、強心配糖体などを服用中の方 ・妊娠中・授乳中の方、妊娠の可能性のある方
※既往歴、現在治療中の病気、服用中のお薬（サプリメントを含む）、アレルギーについて、事前に申告をお願いします。
急に片方のまぶただけが下がった、物が二重に見える（複視）、左右で瞳の大きさが違う、強い頭痛を伴うといった場合は、緊急の対応が必要な病気が隠れていることがあります。自己判断で点眼を続けず、速やかに眼科・脳神経内科などの専門医療機関を受診してください。
また、中等度以上の眼瞼下垂では点眼液での効果が不十分となり、手術が必要になる場合があります。当院は内科のため手術はおこなっておりませんが、必要に応じて眼科の専門医療機関をご紹介いたします。This treatment is for adults diagnosed with acquired blepharoptosis.

If one eyelid suddenly droops, you see double, your pupils differ in size, or a severe headache is present, an urgent underlying condition may be involved. Do not continue the drops on your own judgment — promptly consult an ophthalmology or neurology specialist.
For moderate or severe ptosis, the eye drops may be insufficient and surgery may be required. As an internal medicine clinic we do not perform surgery, but we will refer you to a specialist ophthalmology facility as needed.
